We’re looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll support Account Managers by overseeing the end-to-end coordination of content projects; managing timelines, tracking workflows, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards. You’ll act as the bridge between different production roles, helping keep projects on schedule and ensuring smooth communication across the team.If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive on making complex processes run seamlessly, we’d love to hear from you.WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE DOING:Monitor and support our production workflows to ensure we deliver content projects on time, including the management of complex workflows and deliverables.Deliver content assets to our clients through various digital platforms (i.e., ClickUp, Asana, etc.)Act as the liaison between the different production roles to help unblock teammates and escalate stucks to help navigate toward solutionsCreate weekly internal and external production reports for your assigned projects.Attending internal project syncs and daily huddles, ensuring clear communication across the team regarding deliverables, and the client’s timeline expectation.Aiding in the preparation of meeting agendas, recapping next steps & action items, and in some cases attending client calls related to production.Review client deliverables with a keen eye for quality, whether it’s a presentation deck, visual asset, or reviewing a staged upload for quality assurance.Give feedback to the internal team with ease, in order to improve quality and reduce timeline back and forth assign & delegate tasks to others on the team.Create training materials and train others confidently.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:Strong remote-based project and task management skillsThe ability to work on several projects with different objectives simultaneouslyExperience working in project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.Excellent written communication skillsThe ability to effectively manage and escalate (as required) competing priorities for the businessCHARACTERISTICS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:Eager to learn with a growth mindset.A willingness to innovate and adopt the latest technologies and processesExperience working under pressure and adapting to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills, as well as customer service-orientedHigh energy & curious by natureEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationshipsWe're a remote team, so it's important that you're well-organized and can manage your schedule.Ability to work within the Atlantic or Eastern Time Zone.COMPENSATION:Base Pay Range: $34k–54k CADHow We Set Comp: Final compensation is determined by experience, role level, and location. We use a role × level × location framework. We pay intentionally, hire globally, and reward impact.
