As the parent company, ARMStrong is proud to own and operate Brown & Joseph, Paragon, SubroIQ and NEIS, each a powerhouse in its own right, providing specialized expertise in debt management and financial services. SubroIQ is seeking a Claims Recovery Analyst as we continue to grow our team!Job Description:Investigation of all assigned files to identify the presence of subrogation and or right of recovery.Applying proper maintenance and file handling procedures in accordance with our company’s Best Practice Standards.Investigation and accumulation of all relevant information required to place all parties on timely notice of our client’s interest.Accumulation of proper lien amount in all assigned files through timely ordering of claims history from the client using the client specific method for doing so.Verification and maintenance of proper lien amount through adjudication of individual bills for relatedness to the file and by duplicate bill reviews at timely intervals throughout the life of the file.Development and monitoring of files to timely settlement by maintaining timely follow up telephone contact with all parties as appropriate including third parties, insurance adjusters and attorneys.Negotiation of files to settlement within client’s authority and state guidelines with attorneys, third parties, adjuster and or our client’s members.Completion of all settlement procedures, including settlement screens, proper documentation of settlement and follow up to insure the recovery checks are received and posted by accountingQualifications:High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience3-5 years of claims or subrogation experience in property and casualtyAbove average oral and written communications and organizational skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionGood typing skills are a mustCompensation and Benefits:Salary range is $21-$26 per hour (DOE) plus commissionBenefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy (18 days) and 9 paid holidays 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team!ARMStrong Insurance Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
