We are seeking a Social Media Marketer to support our social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media. Some of the responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating high-quality content, managing online communities, and analyzing the performance of our content across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to the target audience.Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.Design graphics and visuals using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Edit video content while ensuring it is optimized for performance and engagement.Use social media marketing tools to track performance and audience insights.Requirements2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing role.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Experience with light video editing (short form and long form)Strong copywriting and editing skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).BenefitsRemote work, foreverCompetitive USD payHealth insurance stipendWFH stipendEducation stipendCo-working membershipTraining modules accessAnnual performance review10 PTO days per year
