The ideal candidate should have fluency in Mandarin and English, will excel in client communication, scheduling, organization, and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for client calls, emails, and social media inquiries, providing professional Mandarin-English bilingual support to ensure clear and effective communicationScreen inquiries, identify client needs, schedule consultations, and guide prospective clients through the intake processBuild rapport with clients, follow up on inquiries, and support the conversion of leads into retained clients, meeting monthly sales and consultation targetsManage calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines while providing day-to-day operational support to the management teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems, including tracking interactions, follow-ups, and intake progressLiaise professionally with clients, business partners, and third parties while maintaining strong working relationshipsCollaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflows, and a high level of client satisfactionQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a related role (required)Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field preferredFluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal (required)Prior experience with a U.S.-based law firm, preferably specializing in immigration law (highly preferred)Familiarity with CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration toolsStrong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskReliable internet connection and dedicated home office setupFamiliarity with communicating through social media platforms such as RedNote, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.Working HoursThe standard working hours for this role are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).
