We will gross more than $250 million in premiums this year and we are valued at more than $3 billion.Our VisionWe are transforming the life insurance industry with technology and business systems that create a frictionless experience for clients and provide cutting-edge tools to our advisors.Client AcquisitionOur in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. We use a data-driven approach constantly fine-tuned to find and be found by motivated clients who need and desire to buy life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content sent to homeowners. Those interested respond personally through an online link, scanning a QR code on the direct mail piece, or by calling in to request we contact them and set a virtual appointment over Zoom to review options. There is no cold calling—only those who request information are contacted. Our system is effective and allows many advisors to earn over $120k in the first year regardless of experience.Client FulfillmentAs a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who requested a consultation. Automation sets a virtual appointment from home or anywhere to help clients apply for the best plan for their needs. The system sends a calendar event with a one-click link for the virtual meeting. Our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners. Some advisors start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.We also created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. Clients can buy an insurance policy on their own from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The advisor who sent them to the site through a unique link gets paid commission for the sale. Client advisors earn income 24/7 by driving traffic from social media, their warm market, and clients who prefer to get coverage on their own time—while still meeting with other clients virtually. You can leverage InsurTech for yourself.You also have access to real-time dashboards for status updates on all applications so you can track how your 24/7 storefront is performing.Advisor CompensationThis is a 1099/commission-based position. The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors enroll at least five clients per week, and top advisors protect 15 to 20 clients per week. You will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one.
