ABOUT US Inflow AI (inflowmedia.buzz) is a US digital-marketing company for home-services businesses - the HVAC, plumbing, and roofing companies that keep American homes running. We build their websites, get them found on Google, and, most importantly, show them honestly which marketing dollars turned into real, booked jobs. We are a small, fast-moving team, and we use AI to do the heavy lifting so a few sharp people can deliver work that normally takes a whole agency. We are growing and need one dependable person to help us run that delivery and be a warm, trusted voice for our clients and the customers who call them. THE ROLE You will work side by side with our AI systems. The AI does about 80% of the production work; you operate it, check its work, and handle the human moments that matter. Day to day you will: - Run our marketing playbooks in a web browser: set up and post to Google Business Profiles, build and clean up business listings, and keep client information accurate everywhere online - Put together clear monthly reports that show each client what is working (we train you on every tool) - Quality-check the websites and tracking we build before they go live - Be the friendly front line for our clients' incoming leads: answer calls and texts quickly, reply warmly, and book appointments into the schedule - Follow up with leads and past customers by text and phone - Keep our checklists and notes tidy so nothing slips through You do NOT need marketing-agency experience and you do NOT need to be a programmer. We will train you on everything. We need someone smart, careful, warm on the phone, and genuinely reliable - someone who follows a process exactly and tells us the truth when something looks off. SHIFT Monday to Friday during US Eastern Time business hours. This is a normal day shift, not a night shift - Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador share US Eastern time; Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay are one to two hours ahead. You work the same hours you would work for a local company in your country. - Trial (Months 1-2): part-time, about 20 hours per week - After a successful 60-day trial: full-time, 40 hours per week PAY AND BENEFITS Part-time trial (Months 1-2): - 7 USD/hour, about 20 hrs/week - approx USD 560/month Full-time after a successful 60-day trial: - 8 USD/hour, about 40 hrs/week - approx USD 1,385/month - Paid time off (10 days/year, accrues from the full-time start) - Annual raises based on performance - Steady, long-term remote work with a company that is growing. As we add clients, the strongest people grow into lead roles. - Country-specific payment method and arrangements worked out with the right person after the trial REQUIREMENTS - Clear, easy-to-understand English on the phone. A light Spanish accent is welcome - many of the people you will speak with are everyday US homeowners and they are used to it. The real test we use is: would a 65-year-old homeowner trust your voice if you called them about a problem at their house? - Comfortable learning new software quickly. You will spend your day in a web browser using marketing tools; if you can pick up a new app without being afraid of it, you will do well here. - Careful and accurate. A lot of this work is getting small details exactly right - a phone number, an address, a tracking tag. We need someone who double-checks. - Warm and patient on the phone and over text. Many people you talk to are calling about an urgent problem at their home; they need someone calm and kind. - Reliable internet (25+ Mbps), backup power, a quiet workspace, and a USB headset - Honest, a fast learner, and good at solving small problems on your own NICE TO HAVE (not required) - Prior experience supporting US customers by phone or chat - Experience with any CRM or marketing tool (Housecall Pro, Google Business Profile, ManyChat, CallRail, BrightLocal, or similar) - Basic comfort with spreadsheets and simple reporting HOW TO APPLY - READ CAREFULLY We will ONLY consider applications that include ALL THREE of the following. A homeowner texts one of our client's businesses: "My water heater just burst and there is water all over my floor. I have two little kids. Can someone come tonight?" What do you text back, and what do you do next on our side? WHY THESE THREE We have learned that the people who succeed here always do three things well: they communicate clearly in writing, they are warm and trustworthy on camera, and they think practically about a customer's problem. We are not looking for a perfect answer - we want to see how you think, and how you treat someone who is having a bad day.
