We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter specialized in the Brazilian market to support our recruitment operations in Brazil and, when needed, international vacancies in other countries.
Role Overview:
As a Freelance Recruiter for the Brazilian Market at NexHire, you will be mainly assigned to recruitment projects focused on Brazil. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for roles located in Brazil or targeting Brazilian Portuguese-speaking candidates.
- You may also support international vacancies in other markets depending on business needs and your recruitment experience.
- This is a fully remote freelance opportunity.
- There is no fixed monthly salary.
- Payment is made per successful candidate hired.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates mainly for vacancies in the Brazilian market.
- Identify qualified Brazilian candidates who match the requirements of each role.
- Support international vacancies in other countries when required.
- Contact and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess experience, language level, motivation, availability, and role fit.
- Evaluate candidates’ Portuguese and English communication skills when relevant.
- Present qualified candidates to NexHire following the required submission format.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and the NexHire team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process when needed.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
Requirements:
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- Professional English level is required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian talent market.
- Experience sourcing candidates in Brazil through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, or professional networks.
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment pipeline.
- Comfortable working remotely and on a commission-based model.
- Experience recruiting for international companies or global vacancies is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional markets outside Brazil is a plus.
Compensation:
- This is a freelance commission-based role.
- You will receive USD $200 for each candidate successfully hired.
- There is no fixed monthly salary.
- Earnings depend on the number of candidates successfully hired through your recruitment work.
