Project Business Office DirectorLocation: Remote with 100% travel throughout USPosition OverviewThe Project Business Office Director will report to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations. This position will serve as interim BOD at Acadia Healthcare Hospitals and complete special projects as assigned. This position provides direction to business office staff including Financial Counseling, Billing, Collections and Data Entry. Reviews and balances agency reports to hospital; system reports and approves agency invoicesLeads and provides operational directives for all Business office activities related to the claims management and collections of the hospitals receivables and ensures timely, efficient cash collections to support the overall financial goals of the facility.Define and provide the necessary support and leadership to achieve departmental goals and objectivesReviews statistical reports to monitor trends and determine operational deficiencies and implements corrective action plans as necessaryQualificationsWhat You’ll BringMust have at least 7 years’ experience as a hospital business officedirector or supervisorInpatient experience requiredAbility to travel up to 100%Behavioral health & HMS experience preferredBusiness Degree preferredAbility to work with all levels of staff and managementMust be proficient with MS Office
