You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working directly with clients, making informed decisions, and finding innovative ways to improve campaign performance while contributing to the growth of the agency.In this role, you will:Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channelsBuild campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmapsRun and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance and achieve campaign goalsMonitor live campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgetsInterpret campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plansEnsure accurate conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting processesLead reporting and forecasting while turning performance data into clear next stepsAdvise on creative direction based on campaign performance, platform best practices, and business objectivesCollaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to support client success and account growthMake proactive pivots to campaign strategy based on performance data, market trends, and expertiseParticipate in client meetings and support proposals or sales conversationsImprove internal processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and workflowsContribute expertise to proposals by defining realistic scopes and effective solutions for prospective clientsThis is a full-time remote role working 8 hours per day. Our team operates on EET (Vilnius, Lithuania) time, with the workday typically starting before 10:00 AM Lithuanian time.You'll report directly to Gabriele Meliunaite-Ruzge, our Operations Manager.RequirementsTo excel in this role, you need:5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency environmentStrong expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok AdsKnowledge of DSP and Programmatic AdvertisingProven ability to plan, strategize, lead, and execute campaigns end-to-endStrong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, reporting, forecasting, conversion tracking, UTM structures, and naming conventionsExperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)Experience with ad performance tracking tools such as KeitaroProven experience with campaign cloakingAbility to QA tracking, diagnose delivery issues, and confidently explain measurement methodologiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendationsExperience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationshipsAbility to provide creative direction and collaborate effectively with designers and creative teamsExperience making proactive campaign adjustments based on performance dataFluent English communication skillsExperience working in iGaming or other highly regulated industries and willingness to continue working in these sectorsKnowledge of purchasing and setting up advertising accounts when neededAbility to migrate campaigns and advertising accounts between business managers and platformsBrownie points for:Experience with Google AdsExperience with Snapchat AdsExperience with Amazon AdsKnowledge or experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA)The ideal candidate is collaborative, positive, and highly proactive.
