Customer Success Project ManagerLiveData | Remote, United States (Eastern Time preferred) | Full-TimeAbout LiveDataLiveData is a healthcare technology company automating clinical and operational workflows across Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Our engineering team treats AI coding assistants as standard development tools, not experiments. We build on a serverless-first AWS architecture to keep systems lean and costs low.The RoleWe are hiring a Customer Success Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of customer implementations. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and serve as LiveData's primary point of contact for hospital customers throughout their engagement. This is a customer-facing leadership role. You own the project plan, run the meetings, coordinate across internal teams, and make sure each hospital goes live successfully. You also lead customer training and serve as the communication bridge between LiveData and the hospitals we serve. What You Will DoDevelop and lead execution of technical and clinical project plans for hospital customers, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support. This will require 10-15% travel to our US-based customers and our Boston-area headquarters.Serve as the face of LiveData for customer engagements, owning communication with hospital stakeholders at all levelsLead customer meetings, status reviews, and training sessionsCoordinate across Engineering, DevOps, Product, Sales, and clinical teams to keep implementations on trackIdentify risks, manage scope, and escalate issues before they affect timelinesTrain hospital staff on product use, workflows, and best practicesTrack project milestones, maintain documentation, and report progress to internal leadershipUse AI tools (Claude Code and similar) as part of your daily workflowRequirementsWhat You BringRequired:5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects for customersDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering healthcare IT solutions in hospital settingsAbility to lead meetings and build trust with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projectsClear written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and clinical audiencesPreferred:Experience with EHR systems (MEDITECH, Oracle Health/Cerner, Epic) or healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)PMP certification or equivalent project management credentialExperience at a healthcare technology vendor (not just an internal hospital role)Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflowsExperience with change management and end-user training programsWhat Sets This Role ApartYou are the customer's primary contact. LiveData is small: you are not handing off to a support team. You own the relationship from kickoff through ongoing success.AI-assisted workflows are expected. We use AI tools daily; comfort with AI-assisted work is a baseline, not a bonus, rather it is expected.Healthcare domain matters. You will interact with hospital IT teams, clinicians, and administrators. Understanding clinical workflows and EHR systems makes you more effective.Full implementation ownership. You own the project plan, the timeline, the communication, and the training. This is not a role where you coordinate from the sidelines.BenefitsCompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off; and remote work flexibility. Target salary range for this role is $125-$150K.Work LocationThis is a fully remote opportunity. However, you must be able to meet approximately quarterly in the Boston area for all-hands, in-person get-togethers. We strongly prefer employees in the Eastern Time Zone. If you live elsewhere, it would be great to demonstrate previous experience working core business hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern.Employment AuthorizationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
