You will help shape the future of an established comic and entertainment IP by creating engaging content, growing audiences, identifying opportunities, and building meaningful relationships within fandom communities.The ideal candidate is someone who is immersed in anime, comics, gaming, fandom communities, memes, and internet culture. ResponsibilitiesCreate, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platformsProduce content across formats including posts, memes, clips, reels, short-form videos, graphics, polls, and community engagement contentGenerate fresh content ideas inspired by comics, anime, gaming, fandom culture, internet trends, and current eventsAdapt content for platform specific audiences across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platformsCollaborate with artists, writers, editors, creators, and other team members to develop engaging social first contentUtilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, research, and productionHelp grow followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand awarenessMonitor trends, conversations, memes, and opportunities in real timeTest new content formats, campaigns, and growth strategiesTrack content performance and optimize based on resultsResearch and identify relevant creators, influencers, artists, writers, streamers, podcasters, and community leadersConduct outreach and relationship building with creators and potential partnersSecure collaborations, partnerships, interviews, giveaways, guest appearances, and cross-promotional opportunitiesMaintain creator databases and collaboration pipelinesEngage directly with fans and community members across platformsParticipate in conversations within anime, comic, gaming, and fandom communitiesHelp transform casual followers into active community membersRequirements3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, community management or growth marketingStrong English communication skills (C1/C2), both written and verbalDeep familiarity with anime, comics, gaming, fandom communities, memes, and internet cultureStrong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and audience engagementComfortable creating and publishing content at a high volumeStrong relationship building and networking skillsHighly proactive, resourceful, and self directed mindsetHighly Preferred:Experience within entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media industriesExisting relationships with creators, influencers, artists, podcasters, YouTubers, streamers, or fandom communitiesExperience growing social media accounts from the ground upExperience managing Reddit communities, meme pages, or fan communitiesExperience with creator partnerships, ambassador programs, or influencer outreachExperience using AI tools for content creation and social media workflowsLocationRemoteAvailabilityPart-Time (20 hours per week)Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours.While this role is structured to begin at 20 hours per week, there is flexibility to offer an immediate or accelerated full-time position to candidates who demonstrate exceptional content creation, community building, and growth marketing capabilities.Compensation$8/hr – $15/hr
