We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in CRM/CSM and AI/ML or GenAI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.Required Skills:6+ years of ServiceNow Solution/Platform Architecture experienceStrong experience with ServiceNow CRM / CSM / HRSD / ITSMAI/ML, GenAI, AI Agents exposure on ServiceNow platform preferredEnterprise ServiceNow implementation & deployment experienceExperience working with product, engineering, and implementation teamsCertifications preferred: ServiceNow CSA, CIS (ITSM / HRSD / CSM), CTA / CMA preferredResponsibilities:Guide customers on ServiceNow Gold Standard Implementation PackagesDrive AI-first implementation and adoption strategiesCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Expert Services, and Enablement teamsDevelop white papers, knowledge articles, reference architectures, and POV documentsSupport partner enablement and autonomous implementation initiativesCo-drive pilots with enterprise customers and system integrators✈️ Travel: Up to 50% annually📩 Interested candidates can share resumes to rojer@sidramtech.com or DM me directly.
