• Developing and executing project plan(s) that include multiple cross functional stakeholders to drive defined KPI outcomes. • Managing relationships with current and new technology partners • Deeply understanding how the integrations work • Aligning KPI definitions for success with cross-functional stakeholders • Testing label purchase and billing flows, to ensure SLA’s are met, that the underlying data is accurate and being captured where necessary • Establishing systems to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and partner performance, as well as evaluating and resolving errors and anomalies if they occur. • Reviewing invoices to ensure they are accurate for payment • Documenting all processes and requirements/compliance that enables the project to be successful • Identifying opportunities for efficiencies or improvements within Partner programs.
