Requirements and responsibilities


• Manage and execute on the design, communication, education and administration of Dialpad’s global compensation program in all current and future geographic locations: United States, Canada, India, UK, Japan, Australia and the Philippines • Analyze market trends and benchmarking to monitor effectiveness and prepare recommendations for cash, bonus and equity in line with Dialpad’s global compensation framework and philosophy • Manage semi-annual compensation review cycles • Identify, implement and manage compensation platform • Complete market survey submissions • Design and build reporting metrics and tools to inform business decisions to forecast and analyze outcomes of our compensation program • Provide subject-matter expertise and be a strong strategic partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, managers, Recruiting and employees on compensation related questions and issues • Serve as data-minded resource for the HR team to support all people data metrics
