As a learning-driven team, we continually explore new technologies and approaches, ensuring our work is transparent and that each team member has a significant impact.The Role: As a Senior Enterprise AE you’ll grow Vizcom’s enterprise business in key geographic locations.How You’ll Do It:Identify and target potential enterprise clients within assigned territoriesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersConduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trendsPresent and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clientsNegotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experienceKeep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularlyAttend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer baseTraveling to customer onsite meetings, monthly/quarterlyHandling new logo, expansion, and renewal opportunitiesWhat You’ll Bring:Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of enterprise sales processes and techniquesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makersSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyWillingness to travelAs a colleague, you enjoy planning, executing, winning and celebrating as a teamExperience working remotely and/or in a startup environmentBenefits While Working At Vizcom:100% employer sponsored medical for employees, 25% towards dependentsDental, Vision and Mental Health CareEquity for all full-time, U.S.-based employeesFlexible PTO401(k) with matchOne time $300 home office stipend for remote employeesGenerous Annual L&D BudgetPaid Parental LeaveCompensation: The target OTE for this position is: $250K - $300K OTE (inclusive of base + commissions).
