Financial Analyst at AppleOne Employment Services

Responsibilities * Support consolidation activities for AOP and LRP across MCI business units. * Assist with monthly OET meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up tracking. * Monitor accounts receivable aging, analyze customer DSO, and provide ad-hoc reporting to internal and external partners. * Collaborate with HP to manage customer accounts and improve collections performance. * Prepare monthly journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial controls during Accounting Close. * Contribute to global Finance initiatives, including the rollout of a new consolidation tool, standard chart of accounts, and Free Cash Flow improvement projects. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred. * 1–3 years of Finance or Accounting experience. * Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. * Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry or CPG sector strongly preferred. * Background in collections, credit, or customer account management in CPG. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze data, and solve complex problems. * Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; SAP experience is a plus. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset. * Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
