The Opportunity:We are seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to work in a remote setting, focusing on outbound calls and/or inbound leads, and establishing broker relationships to originate non-QM investor residential focusing on outbound calls and/or inbound leads and establishing broker relationships to originate NON-QM Investor Residential loans.Work Schedule:Monday–Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CSTAvailable Remote Locations:AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, NC, OH, SC, TX, UTSalary Range:Base Salary + Commissions (OTE First year = $100k plus, even top performers can earn over $400K)What We Are Looking For:Someone with 2 + years of sales experienceSomeone with a High school diploma/GED equivalentSomeone proficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteSomeone with the ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devicesSomeone who is a self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, passionate, high-achieving, and hardworkingInternal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions. Current Manager notification is needed to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant that does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer.What We prefer to find:Someone with a bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldSomeone with strong sales abilities within Mortgage Loan OriginationsSomeone with the ability to analyze financial information
