Our NCC software helps dealerships streamline their operations, enhance their finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability. OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Director of Business Development and Partnerships to oversee our credit and compliance integrations within the automotive software industry. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with leading automotive software companies—including CRM, DMS, and Digital Retailing platforms—for critical integrations. This is a key leadership position that will directly influence how we expand our reach, improve our value proposition, and provide seamless solutions to our dealership customers. This role demands extensive experience in automotive and a solid understanding of the software ecosystem that supports the sales process. Strong knowledge of consumer credit and compliance required as part of the sales process is a plus. What You’ll Do: Identify & Source Partners: Research and identify potential integration partners across the automotive software landscape, including CRM, DMS, and Digital Retailing platforms.Partnership Development: Create and sustain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities. Lead efforts in discovering, evaluating, and engaging with prospects.Negotiate and close: Lead partnership discussions, establish integration agreements, and oversee contract execution with legal and executive teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align partnership objectives with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and technical integration needs.Program Management: Oversee integration project timelines, coordinate partner onboarding, and ensure successful launches.Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the automotive and mobility space.Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators for partnerships and provide regular progress updates to leadership. What You’ll Have: 10+ years of experience in B2B automotive.Strong knowledge of automotive industry technology.Experience with dealership operations, F&I processes, compliance requirements, technology ecosystem, and the role of credit in the sales process.Demonstrated success in business development and strategic partnerships.Strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail.Experience collaborating with technical teams on integration projects.Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
