As we continue to grow, we are seeking a senior technical professional who can confidently represent us in client conversations and guide our engineering team with clarity and precision. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between U.S. clients and our development team. You will lead client interviews, extract accurate requirements, communicate solutions clearly, and ensure our delivery aligns with client expectations. Responsibilities: - Lead technical discussions and client-facing interviews. - Build trust with U.S. clients through strong communication and professionalism. - Understand client goals, challenges, and requirements with speed and accuracy. - Provide clear, confident technical explanations during calls. - Translate requirements into scalable, practical engineering solutions. - Apply full-stack, cloud-native, and AI/LLM expertise to evaluate feasibility. - Identify risks, gaps, and missing details early to prevent rework. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in client-facing environments. - 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience. - Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations. - Ability to manage multiple clients and contexts smoothly. Nice to Have: - Experience working with U.S. clients or distributed teams. - Familiarity with Agile and requirement-gathering practices. Compensation is performance-based and reflects communication quality, reliability, and client impact.
