We're growing fast and looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our expert team.The RoleAs an Analytics Consultant, you'll be the bridge between data and decision-making. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, assess their data needs, and deliver actionable insights that drive impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and loves solving real business problems with data.What You'll Be DoingEngage with clients to understand business objectives and define analytics requirementsDesign and implement end-to-end analytics solutions (from data collection to dashboards)Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insightsCreate clear, compelling visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or LookerBuild data models and perform statistical or predictive analysisPresent findings to stakeholders, making complex insights accessible and actionableRecommend data strategies and contribute to data governance or data architecture initiativesSupport change management and adoption of analytics solutionsWhat You Bring3+ years in an analytics, data consulting, or business intelligence roleStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one analytics platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Familiarity with data analysis in Python or RExperience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse)Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can tell a story with dataAbility to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science,Economics)Nice to HaveExperience in consulting, agency, or professional services environmentsKnowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive modelingFamiliarity with data warehouse architecture and ETL processesJoin UsIf you're passionate about turning data into business value and want to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment - we want to hear from you!
