About Our Client:Our client, is a U.S.-based consulting firm dedicated to helping Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands scale profitably and avoid common financial pitfalls. With deep experience in financial reporting, KPI tracking, M&A, and strategic planning, they provide DTC brands with clear financial insights that drive smart decision-making. Through a collaborative approach, they work closely with clients to design and implement financial strategies that align with each brands unique goals.The Role:This fully remote role (work from anywhere in Latin America) is essential in supporting our clients founder and CFO in managing high-impact projects and improving operational processes. As Business Operations Lead, you will lead key initiatives, tackle daily operational challenges, and help streamline processes to improve client experiences and company performance.What Youll Do:Redesign the client onboarding process, ensuring an efficient, client-friendly experience.Organize and develop the partnership program, building and maintaining a structured list to strengthen alliances.Support recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.Solve day-to-day operational issues, like obtaining required documentation from clients and ensuring team members understand client needs.Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize internal operations and service delivery.Research new tools and software to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.Partner closely with the founders, managing their workload and helping them keep strategic initiatives on track.It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Have:5+ years in a business consulting, finance, or operations role, ideally with DTC or startup experience.Project management skills with a track record of implementing successful operational changes.Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders.Bilingual proficiency in English and SpanishWhat Do We Offer?Remote work flexibility (anywhere in Latin America)Opportunity to directly impact DTC brand successCompetitive compensation (Typically between $2,500 - $3,500 USD/month)Work closely with industry experts in finance and consultingCollaborative work environment with growth potentialApplication Process:Click "Apply Now" to start your journey with us!
