Requirements and responsibilities

Role focuses on deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud). Lead and mentor an engineering team, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and design, develop, integrate, deliver, and support complex AI systems. Develop AI/ML algorithms or technologies (e.g., LLM Inference, Similarity Search, VectorDBs, Guardrails, Memory) using Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang. Optimize training and inference software to improve hardware utilization, latency, throughput, and cost. Stay abreast of the latest AI research and judiciously apply novel techniques in production. Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to peers.
