While our level of involvement may vary, all companies we work with meet the same core criteria: they are growth-focused, performance-driven, and committed to scaling effectively.The RoleWe’re looking for a results-driven Sales Closer who thrives in consultative, value-led conversations. You’ll be engaging with warm, qualified prospects who already understand the problem and are actively exploring solutions. Your role will be to guide prospects through a structured sales process, building trust, uncovering needs, addressing objections, and confidently closing deals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys complex sales conversations and takes ownership of outcomes from first call to signed agreement.Key Skills & ExperienceProven success closing B2B or service-based dealsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to create urgency through value, not pressureSelf-motivated, disciplined, and performance-focusedRequirementsExperience in a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar closing roleTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent verbal communication, negotiation, and listening skillsSolid understanding of consultative and value-based sellingConfidence handling objections and navigating decision-makersWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionWarm inbound leads and a clear, proven sales processA performance-driven environment that rewards resultsClear growth opportunities into leadership or senior sales rolesOngoing training, mentorship, and sales supportCandidates will be placed within one of the Emmington portfolio companies.
