What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, web design, and digital marketing work.

Communication & Availability Expectations:

* Full-time availability during regular business hours (9:00am–5:00pm Central Standard Time). Some flexibility is available, as we are a remote-first workplace with team members across the globe; however, candidates must be reliably reachable and responsive during core CST hours.
* Ability to communicate promptly if urgent or time-sensitive requests arise.
Required Tools & Skills:
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe XD).
* Proficiency in Canva.
* Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently under deadlines.
Nice to Have:
* Basic knowledge of CSS and web development constraints.
* Familiarity with Wordpress and Divi page builder.
* Familiarity with Accelo.
* Motion graphics and video editing capabilities.
