As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing activities for this international project.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Affiliate Manager. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships across key LATAM markets, with a strong focus on performance, long-term relationships, and sustainable growth.This role is ideal for someone who already has an existing affiliate network, understands the LATAM ecosystem, and knows how to drive quality traffic and results.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliatesNegotiate and support management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating teamMonitor affiliate performance (FTDs, NGR, retention, quality of traffic)Optimize campaigns and promotions to maximize ROICollaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where requiredEnsure affiliates follow brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity.Prepare performance reports and forecasts for managementRequirements3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management,with a strong preference for LATAMProven experience working with LATAM marketsExisting portfolio of active affiliatesStrong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance modelsExperience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar)Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentPerks & Benefits💰 Competitive salary & performance-based bonus (where applicable)🚀 Fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where your work has real impact🌴 21 days annual leave to support a healthy work-life balance🤝 Supportive and collaborative team environment
