Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve HR information systems and related HR processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure accurate employee data and smooth HR system operations.Responsibilities:Maintain and support HRIS applications and employee data.Manage employee records, organizational structures, and HR transactions.Perform data entry, validation, audits, and reconciliation.Generate HR reports and dashboards for management.Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with technical teams/vendors.Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations.Required Skills:3+ years of experience working with HRIS systems.Experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems.Experience with HR reporting and data analysis.Good understanding of HR processes such as employee data, payroll, benefits, and organizational management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Company: Five9
