We're hiring a Director of Corporate Engineering at Ports America.This role will help lead and strengthen our equipment engineering strategy, asset management approach, and engineering standards across the organization. As such it is fully remote based with travel required.The position will work closely with Maintenance, Procurement, Operations, Safety and Sustainability to support terminal operations, improve engineering consistency, advance equipment standards, and drive practical reliability and asset management improvements.This is a high-impact role for an engineering leader with experience in capital equipment, container terminal operations, asset management, reliability engineering, maintenance planning, procurement support, safety standards, and continuous improvement.For someone who understands cranes, port equipment, terminal operations, automation, CMMS technologies, and the demands of heavy industrial operations, this is an opportunity to help shape engineering performance across one of the country’s leading marine terminal operators.
