Responsibilities

DM: MDM Product Owner to champion and manage the product lifecycle for Patient and Person data domains.What you’ll do:Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle (roadmaps, backlog, prioritization, and UAT) for Patient and Person domains.Lead and mentor a talented team of MDM professionals and Business Analysts.Partner with Architecture & Delivery to ensure seamless clinical data integration across EHR, CRM, and MDM platforms.Champion EMPI operations, including identity matching, duplicate resolution, and data remediation.What we’re looking for:Strong experience in Healthcare MDM (Provider & Patient master data) and Data Governance.Hands-on expertise with EMPI systems, duplicate resolution, and identity matching.Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).Proven track record managing product roadmaps and agile delivery in healthcare data domains.
