Founder Execution:
- Convert Slack messages, meetings, voice notes, and ideas into organized priorities and assignments.
- Keep the founder focused on no more than three active priorities.
- Prepare a concise daily briefing showing priorities, exceptions, and decisions needed.
- Capture decisions immediately and ensure the resulting actions are completed.
- Push back respectfully when new requests conflict with current priorities.
Project and Team Accountability:
- Maintain one accurate project-management system across all active work.
- Assign owners, deadlines, dependencies, and definitions of done.
- Follow up without waiting for the founder to remind you.
- Verify completion through evidence instead of accepting verbal status updates.
- Identify stalled work early, determine the blocker, and drive the next action.
- Coordinate work across PPC, catalog, creative, inventory, marketing, and finance.
Operating Rhythm:
- Run daily check-ins and the weekly operations meeting.
- Publish meeting agendas, decisions, assignments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a weekly scorecard covering priorities, overdue work, blockers, and team commitments.
- Escalate cash, inventory, customer, compliance, or deadline risks promptly.
- Give the founder a brief, decision-ready summary instead of forwarding raw information.
Systems, SOPs, and AI:
- Document recurring processes as clear, usable SOPs.
- Improve workflows so the same operational problem does not keep returning.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools daily for research, summaries, documentation, and execution support.
- Identify repetitive work that can be standardized or automated.
- Maintain clean operating dashboards and reliable business records.
