Our Networking System Product Engineering team is looking for an excellent Test Design and Validation Engineering Manager. The Senior Team Manager for the Test Engineering team will oversee and lead a group of engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership skills, and technical expertise in test engineering processes.What You’ll Be DoingLead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering professional growth and developmentSet performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and create development plansPromote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teamDevelop and implement testing strategies aligned with company objectivesPrioritize testing projects and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverablesEnsure alignment with product development and engineering teams to support seamless integrationAct as the main point of contact for all testing-related matters with cross-functional teamsProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on testing progress and quality metricsCollaborate with product and development teams to resolve issues and drive product excellenceWhat We Need To SeeBSc/MSc or equivalent engineering degree ctrical Engineering, or a related field8+ overall years of experience h at least 3 years in a leadership or management roleExcellent knowledge of a version control system (preferably GIT)Linux based developmentExperience with Software/Hardware products integration and HW lab measurement equipmentExperience with bringing up of large-scale automation solutions to large software teamsExcellent communication skills with hands-on experience collaborating with global teamsExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishSelf-motivation and a great teammateWays To Stand Out From The CrowdExcellent programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skillsA highly motivated teammate who always stays up-to-date with new technologies and test methodologiesExposure and knowledge around application development, rest API development, configuration management and automationExperience in tools/services development and Creativity – find solutions for challenging requirementsOrientation to Hardware and Experience in mechanics and automated JIGs
