Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle ORMB Consultant with strong healthcare billing and revenue management experience. The consultant will configure, enhance, integrate, and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions supporting billing, payments, collections, adjustments, and financial transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and support Oracle ORMB applications.Analyze healthcare billing requirements and translate them into scalable ORMB solutions.Design and implement billing, payment, collections, adjustment, and account-management processes.Support integrations between ORMB and enrollment, claims, finance, and customer-service systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support.Support data conversion, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.Ensure solutions align with healthcare billing regulations and operational standards.Develop technical and functional documentation for configurations and business processes.✅ Required Qualifications10+ years of Oracle application experience with strong ORMB expertise.12+ years overall experience preferred.Hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB).Strong healthcare payer, health insurance, or healthcare billing experience.Strong understanding of: Billing & Invoicing, Payment Processing, Revenue Management, Collections & Adjustments, Customer Account Management.Experience with ORMB configuration, business rules, algorithms, and integrations.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Experience working in Agile environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.⭐ Preferred ExperienceHealthcare payer / health plan experience.Member billing, premium billing, provider billing, or healthcare revenue-cycle experience.Oracle Utilities experience.Oracle Cloud and enterprise integration experience.Experience supporting large-scale healthcare organizations.📍 IMPORTANTLocal candidates from Virginia and nearby states only.
