They specialize in seamless, end-to-end project execution, delivering tailored architecture, bespoke interior concepts, and top-tier construction management. 3.) Key Responsibilities Handle incoming client communications across email, phone, and messaging platforms with professionalism and clarity. Input expense reports, bills, and purchase orders accurately into project management software. Support subcontractor workflows and assist leadership with online payment distribution processes every Friday. Track critical project transitions and milestones as jobs progress from initial design phases into active construction. Maintain organized project documentation, records, and general executive office scheduling across all active operations. 4.) Must-Have Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with email systems, Microsoft Office tools, and project management platforms. Experience with expense tracking, data entry, and standard administrative workflows. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage priorities independently and take initiative. 5.) Nice-to-Have Requirements Fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively with subcontractors. Previous background in construction, architecture, or interior design. Familiarity with construction project management software (such as HouzzPro). 6.)
