This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions across EZCORP's digital product portfolio including customer-facing mobile and web applications, e-commerce platforms, internal store applications, and enterprise integrations with AI-assisted development at the core of how work gets done.This is a senior role that goes beyond individual contribution. The hands-on Senior Engineer is expected to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects i.e. owning technical direction, coordinating work across engineers and contractors, managing delivery timelines, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for their workstreams. AI is the force multiplier that makes this possible: the ideal candidate uses AI tools to operate at a scope and speed that traditionally required multiple engineers.This is not a traditional engineering role with AI tools bolted on. The ideal candidate treats AI as central to the entire development lifecycle i.e. from architecture and prototyping through code generation, testing, and documentation.
