Key Responsibilities:Source candidates from Lahore and other major cities of PakistanHire freelancers, recruiters, coordinators, and other team members as requiredPost job ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, job portals, and recruitment communitiesScreen candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and online interviewsShortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, reliability, and availabilityCoordinate online interviews with the management teamMaintain candidate records and provide weekly hiring updatesHelp complete agreed hiring targets within the project timelineRequirements:Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffingStrong understanding of the Pakistan hiring market, especially LahoreGood communication skills in Urdu and EnglishAbility to source candidates online through social media, job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networksExperience hiring recruiters, sales staff, HR coordinators, freelancers, or remote team members will be preferredMust be comfortable working remotelyLaptop/mobile and stable internet connection requiredCompensation:Payment will be discussed based on experience, hiring targets, and project scope. A fixed project fee, per-hire payment, or milestone-based payment model can be offered.
