This person will maintain the Public Training team’s schedules and updates for both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences. Responsibilities include providing system and user support for the learning management system (LMS); managing the Public Training’s team’s schedules; devising and maintaining a training update schedule; analyzing and reporting on training metrics; updating system workflows and maintaining documentation to improve learning experiences; and collaborating with the Public Training team and across teams to ensure audiences receive state-of-the-art, accessible educational opportunities from Trevor.
