Job Overview:
- We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Amazon Growth Manager to lead our PPC strategy, SEO, and overall brand presence.
- If you are an Amazon expert who stays ahead of the curve and knows how to master both traditional SEO and the new AI-driven Rufus landscape, we want to talk to you.
- As our Amazon Growth Manager, you will take ownership of full-funnel PPC management, listing optimization, and conversion strategies to scale our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead keyword research, market analysis, and bid optimization to maximize ROAS across campaigns.
- Conduct deep-dives into CTR and CVR, optimizing listing copy and visual assets for peak performance.
- Manage traditional Amazon SEO while pioneering optimization for Rufus (AI-driven search) to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- Partner with the marketing team for Brand Stories, Premium A+ Content, and develop influencer strategies to drive external traffic.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on expertise with PPC, Helium 10, Seller Central, and Vendor Central.
- Proven track record of scaling Amazon brands and optimizing or creating high-converting listings.
- Industry background in the luxury or beauty market (strongly preferred).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable creative briefs.
Position Details & Schedule:
- Compensation: Competitive salary (to be discussed based on experience).
- Job Type: Full-Time.
- Work Location: 100% Remote.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST.
