Responsibilities

We are looking for a sharp, high-energy PM to run client delivery alongside our AI Engineers and Automation Specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multi-client project delivery in 2-week sprint cycles. - Turn complex client requests into structured tasks with clear acceptance criteria in Linear. - Track priorities, blockers, and deliverables. - Lead sprint planning and client updates. - Work closely with technical teams across AI workflows, automations, and agentic systems. What We Are Looking For: - 2–3 years of experience in PM, digital operations, or service delivery (IT/tech agency/startup experience is a plus!). - Comfortable with tools like Linear, Jira, Asana, or Notion. - Familiarity with technical concepts (integrations, APIs, workflows) and AI tools/automations (Zapier, Make, n8n). - Strong spoken/written English. - High personal ownership. - Has own equipment (i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM + backups). - Comfortable working with a time tracker.
