UiPath Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, and ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.Oversee the coding, testing, and debugging of RPA bots.Ensure automation solutions meet quality standards and operate as intended.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions align with business needs.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: Technical design documents, Process design documents, Process mapsIdentify and resolve issues during the development and deployment of RPA processes.Stay up to date with the latest developments in RPA technologies and recommend improvements when appropriate.QualificationsProven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing RPA solutions.Total experience: 7–12 yearsRelevant UiPath experience: 5 yearsTeam Lead experience: 4 yearsProficiency in UiPath.Solid understanding of software development principles.Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is advantageous.Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing projects.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
