Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with hands-on experience in FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service) and ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service). The role involves working on financial close processes, reconciliations, and data integrations in a dynamic project environment.Key Responsibilities:Work on Oracle EPM Cloud modules – FCCS, ARCS & DM (FDMEE)Handle implementation & enhancements in FCCS and ARCSManage Reconciliations & Transaction Matching in ARCSPerform data integration from multiple source systemsCreate Profiles, Formats, and ReconciliationsConfigure Close & Non-Close tasksManage outline administration & securitySupport monthly close & consolidation processesDevelop and maintain business rules & web formsValidate data movement across financial systemsTroubleshoot issues via ServiceNow ticketsEnsure smooth production support (BAU activities)Work with Oracle Cloud Support for issue resolutionRequired Skills:5–7 years of experience in Oracle EPM (FCCS & ARCS)Strong understanding of financial close & reconciliation processesHands-on experience in data integration & system administrationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management📩 Interested candidates can share profiles at saipavan.s@bandhantech.com or DM for more details.
