Requirements and responsibilities


✨ Identify cross-sell opportunities within Bunny Studio’s current SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise customer base. ✨ Identify clear value gaps within client accounts and align with Bunny Studio’s offerings. ✨ Advise clients on which kind of services best meet their needs Introduce the platform to prospective clients. ✨ Provide efficiency for clients posting complex projects. ✨ Proactively work with clients to ensure projects are fulfilled. ✨ Quote projects, understand needs and details, negotiate pricing, talk to our Pros, align projects with Customer Ops. ✨ Gather documents (i.e MSAs, NDAs) and collaborate with Legal and/or Finance for their completion. ✨ Manage relationships with multiple influencers and maintain a revenue focus while delivering on quality-driven KPIs. ✨ Influence both net-new and ongoing revenue opportunities. ✨ Increase brand awareness and demand through targeted sales & marketing campaigns. ✨ Manage, coordinate, and/or facilitate introductions/handoff to internal fulfillment teams. ✨ Analysis of data and trends: ✨ Provide internal teams with specific client data points to ensure process efficacy. ✨ Provide feedback to the Product team by being a bridge between customers and the product team. ✨ Analyze ticket response data to make and implement recommendations that improve our conversion and satisfaction rates. Maintain KPIs within the expected projections and goals. ✨ Communicating with clients via chats, phone calls, and emails. Manage leads from the customer experience team and account management. ✨ Open Loops - reach out to new accounts to onboard them within the system and ensure their first project is posted successfully.
