That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry. In this role, you’ll join our highly collaborative Product and Engineering organization to drive the technical direction of our projects.What you’ll do:Develop backend code of MVC web application running on the latest .NET platformCreate, maintain, and contribute to a custom framework and component library built in ReactLeverage a customer-centric approach to lead architectural design decisions that improve scalability and performance for usersParticipate in designing and building a system that is aligned with Procore’s technical vision of a service-oriented architectureCollaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problemsDevelop fellow teammates by conducting code reviews, providing mentorship, pairing, and training opportunitiesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or comparable work experience5+ years experience in Object-Oriented Program fundamentals, Test Driven Development and Design principles (C#, Typescript)Experience designing and building software in a Service-Oriented ArchitectureTrack record of anticipating technical problems that will fall out of major projects and designing solutions to overcome those problemsDemonstrated expertise with building and/or significantly improving large features, support technological areas, and architecture initiativesExperience working with our stack of C#, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQLStrong experience documenting and bringing team clarity to complex solutionsTime-honed expertise with modern web development across the entire spectrum of development, testing, staging, deploying, and monitoringA curious mind that is driven to innovate and solve customer problemsAdditional InformationBase Pay Range:1,200,000.00 - 1,800,000.00 CZK AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
