Part-time Sales Closer (English, C1 near-native) — Remote, Colombia or US-aligned LATAM time zones only
We need a part-time phone closer for a US-based local-services marketing company (RingSteady). Our system finds and cold-contacts prospects for us (AI-driven outreach) and books a real day/time on your calendar to talk. You never cold-call — you only ever get on calls that are already booked and ready.
How it works:
- Prospects are contacted and pre-qualified by our system, which books a callback time
- You get on the call at that scheduled time, run the discovery questions, and close the deal (recommend a starting ad budget, get them started)
- No cold outreach, no prospecting — every call you take was already booked before you dial
Requirements:
- C1 / near-native English, comfortable and persuasive on live phone calls with US customers
- Prior experience closing sales by phone (any industry)
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, available during US business hours
- Located in Colombia or a Latin American country whose time zone aligns with continental US zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific) — we cannot consider candidates in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, or other South American time zones outside this range
Pay:
- $6/hr base (negotiable), approx. 10 hours/week
- Plus $30 commission for every sale closed
- Paid via Wise or Deel, weekly
