We’re looking for a KOL Specialist to join our growing team and help execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with campaign objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agenciesNegotiate rates, deliverables, and collaboration termsCoordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to content postingEnsure campaign execution runs smoothly and on scheduleMonitor campaign performance and prepare campaign reportsMaintain and update KOL databases and industry insightsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related rolesStrong negotiation and communication skillsFamiliar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platformsExperience managing influencer campaigns from planning to executionEnglish proficiency is a plus, but not mandatoryExisting connections with influencers, agencies, or talent networks are a plusUp-to-date with social media trends and digital marketing developmentsWhat We’re Looking ForProactive, organized, and self-motivated individualStrong relationship-building and communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to work independently in a fast-paced remote environmentWilling to learn and adapt to new trends and campaign strategies🏠 Fully Remote / Work From Home (WFH)📍 Jakarta-based candidates are preferred, but applicants from other locations are welcome to apply.
