The role involves managing a team, defining BI strategy, and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making.QualificationsMCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field.10 to12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.Strong expertise in:Power BI (Desktop & Service).DAX, Power Query (M).SQL & Data Modeling.Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.Strong understanding of:Data warehousing conceptsETL processesData governance & securityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
