Responsibilities
Product & Operations Manager
Location: BGC，Manila, Philippines
Key Responsibilities
* Test product processes and support new product/feature launches.
* Identify product and operational issues and coordinate with HQ for resolution.
* Prepare training materials, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
* Conduct product and process training for local Sales and Operations teams.
* Prepare and manage marketing and sales materials, such as flyers, posters, and product introductions.
* Collect feedback from frontline teams and support product/process improvements.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or Sales Operations.
* Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or smartphone retail is preferred.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Good English communication skills.
