Responsibilities

Niuro is hiring a Senior Jira/Atlassian Engineer for a product company. You will design, build and operationalize a Jira environment that becomes the single source of truth for go-to-market and product launch execution across cross-functional teams. You will: - Architect the Jira project environment for GTM and launch workflows: naming conventions, custom fields and automation rules. - Build advanced dashboards, gadgets and JQL filters for real-time launch readiness and portfolio status. - Write SOPs and project management guides so the system lasts. - Train teams, drive adoption and migrate active projects into the new environment. - Support day-to-day program management: milestones, risks and stakeholder coordination. You bring: - 5+ years in Jira and Atlassian administration and environment architecture. - Jira environments built from scratch, with custom workflows, fields, JQL and automation at scale. - Executive and operational dashboards built from raw project data. - Software product launch or PMO experience, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. - C1 English. Nice to have: Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Jira Product Discovery, Claude, PMP. Remote from Latin America, full-time contractor.
