We seek a talented Link-Building / Operations Manager with knowledge and experience in off-page SEO practices and link-building management. Suppose you feel comfortable working on link-building strategies for various clients and managing, guiding, and motivating a team of experienced link-builders. ✅ Responsibilities:
- You'll need to have experience in link-building management within a digital marketing company. The ideal person will not only be tech-savvy, but possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Besides overseeing link-building strategies and their successful implementation, you'll be responsible for executing the company vision from an operational perspective.
- Reach your KPIs: monthly number of live links that your team should build.
- Get briefed by our SEO manager on target pages and anchors for our clients.
- Provide feedback on each client's off-page strategy.
- Manage a team of part-time and full-time link-building specialists.
- Onboard new link-builders and help train them in our systems and link-building approaches.
- Manage, motivate and educate your team members to hit their monthly link-building targets.
- Coordinate link-building process.
- Approve or reject all prospected websites added by team members by evaluating them according to our company's standards.
- Work closely with the content manager and content team to prepare and submit articles for guest posting.
- Work on improving our outreach and link-building process to get better monthly results.
- Continuously improve your SEO knowledge and expertise.

- You have experience supervising operations and managing processes.
- You have experience working as a Link-Builder or as an SEO professional with link-building experience.
- You have proven experience planning and implementing backlink campaigns.
- You have knowledge and experience in off-page SEO practices.
- You have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You are highly organized and experienced in documenting and benchmarking campaigns and strategies.
