Requirements and responsibilities

We’re currently looking for a Senior PHP Developer role to join our team, an experienced engineer to help evolve our SaaS platform. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys mentoring, and can lead high-impact initiatives. You’ll take ownership of: - Legacy & modern stack: Evolve a PHP 5.6/8 codebase (Yii 1/2) while integrating modern tools like Vue.js 2 and Docker. - High-impact projects: Lead payments modernization, performance optimization, and legacy refactoring. - Mentorship: Guide junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and best practices. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product/engineering teams to deliver scalable features on tight deadlines. You’re a fit if you have: ✔ Deep PHP expertise: 7+ years of experience with PHP 5.6/8, Yii 1/2, and MySQL 8. ✔ Full-Stack Fluency: Proficiency in Vue.js 2, jQuery, and front-end tools (SCSS, Webpack/Vite). ✔ Leadership mindset: A track record of mentoring and owning projects end-to-end. ✔ Legacy-to-modern transition: Comfortable working with older systems while pushing for scalable solutions. ✔ Strong communication—able to explain complex tech in simple terms (English B2/C1) ✔ Bonus Skills: Laravel, RabbitMQ, Chart.js, Element UI, or AWS Redshift experience is a plus!
