To support us in this, we’re looking for a Talent Partner to join us on a 6-month contract and work directly within our team.This is not traditional checklist-centric recruitment. At Zowie, we focus on high-alignment hiring: having real conversations with candidates, understanding what motivates them, and making sure that what they value matches who we are and what we offer. You’ll have the opportunity to practice a different, more thoughtful way of recruiting - while still moving fast in a high-growth startup environment.What you’ll do:Partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and team context.Run end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and product roles.Source, engage, and assess candidates - focusing on fit and alignment rather than box-ticking.Guide candidates through a challenging recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience.What we’re looking for:3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with in-house and tech hiring background.Curiosity about people and the ability to uncover what truly motivates them.Resourcefulness and proactivity - you take ownership and keep processes moving.Excellent communication in English and Polish.Availability to start right away (or very soon).NotePlease note: In the case of very high interest, we may only be able to get back to candidates who are the closest fit for the role.
