📍 Location: Remote (Latin America only). 🕘 Type: Full-time | Long-term | Contractor or Payroll (depending on location). 📣 Language: English (professional level required). About the Role: We are a fast-growing credit repair company building a high-impact, customer-facing core application used by thousands of clients. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience who can own the application architecture, drive implementation, act as a Point of Contact (POC) for cross-functional teams, and stay on top of modern AI tools and GitHub workflows with WordPress experience to assist on IT Marketing projects and control and security of our domains and readjust content and manage automations and integrations with AI assistance and adapt new models. This is a key leadership role in a remote-first, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Lead the Marketing and Data Management projects. ✅ Lead the development of a Laravel + React customer portal. ✅ Become the technical POC for the website and its integrations. ✅ Administer GitHub repos: pull requests, versioning, branch management. ✅ Integrate modern AI tools and APIs into the platform (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, N8N, Pecan AI). ✅ Collaborate with frontend/backend teams, QA, and product managers. ✅ Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of code. ✅ Participate in architectural decisions, DevOps workflows, and code reviews. You’ll Succeed If You Have: 🔧 10+ years of professional full stack development experience. 💡 Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, PHP, React. 🧠 Familiarity with AI/ML tool integrations (LLMs, chatbots, process automation). 📁 Experience managing GitHub PRs, CI/CD pipelines, and repositories. 🌐 Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS preferred). 🧩 Experience as a tech lead or product owner liaison in past roles. 💬 Excellent communication skills – ability to bridge tech and business. 🌎 Based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely with US teams. Nice-to-Have: * Experience in fintech, credit, or consumer-facing platforms. * Familiarity with compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.). * Exposure to workflow engines, data pipelines, or observability tools.
